Referral

To refer your child to the Committee on Preschool Special Education or CPSE and begin the evaluation process you, the parent, must first contact the CPSE in your school district and request an evaluation for your child.

If your child is receiving Early Intervention services as an infant or toddler and may still need special education services after the age of three, your child's Early Intervention Service Coordinator will assist you with Early Intervention transition planning and making a referral to the Committee on Preschool Education or CPSE.
